Our billing is as seamless and simple as our no-contract mobile plan and unparalleled customer experience.

How our billing works

Every billing period is the first day to last day of each month.

First billing cycle starts when the SIM Card is delivered. The first bill month's Base Plan will be pro-rated to this date.

Your first bill will include your next month’s subscription. Don’t be alarmed, this is an advanced payment. Your second bill onwards is one month at a time.

We only support credit/ debit card payments. You can change this card in the CirclesCare app at any point in time.

Monthly Payments

As a digital telco, there are no paper bills!

Monthly bills are auto-deducted from your credit or debit card on file within the first 7 days of the month.

Check your monthly email for a bill summary or resend through CirclesCare > Past Usage.

Failed Payments

It happens! Here are some solutions for you:

Update your credit card information in
CirclesCare > Settings Menu

Pay outstanding bills instantly CirclesCare > Past Usage > Pay Now button.

We will also try to auto-deduct payment again within 1-3 business days of the failed payment.

Payments later than 25 days will incur a $15 late charge.

We will suspend your line if you fail to pay within a certain time frame.

Phone Installment Payments

Only DBS / POSB cards are accepted for installment payments of 6,12 or 24 months.

The full phone price credit balance must be available on your credit card. Don’t worry, the bank holds the balance but does not charge the full amount straight away!

Debit or credit cards from any bank can be used to pay for the full upfront price of the phone.
