Request for port-in when you buy your Circles.Life plan, or transfer your number anytime later through the CirclesCare app, after you’ve bought your plan.
What are the payment methods available?
We support credit / debit cards only. Your monthly bill will be automatically charged within the first few days of the month to the credit / debit card you used to do the purchase.
How to check the progress of port-in?
Check your CirclesCare app Notifications screen, you should receive a notification once the porting is initiated, and another one once the process is completed! You will also receive SMS updates.
